The funny thing about the above photo is that at the entrance of the church  lays a surfboard.......WTF???? ... On  the custom shaped board someone wrote - JESUS      EST    MA   PLANCHE   DE   SALUT!-meaning JESUS ​​IS MY  SALVATION    BOARD! What is yours? (Spotted in Biarritz).

Maybe this should go in the wtf section.  I first learned of Derek Hynd when he wrote Surfer Magazines Top 30(the protoype to Lewis SamuelsPower Rankings) back in the day. I thought he was a blunt, brutal, brilliant writer. Watching this I realize Derek Hynd is also a brilliant surfer. An ex-pro who lost his eye in a freak surfing accident, here he is still going strong and pushing surfings...
